What an awsome idea! I am so proud of my son who is currently in Sub school. This is just a small thing I can do for him and all others who are serving in The United States Navy. I will proudly burn my candle as long as God gives me breath.

Reading, PA. What a terrific idea. I will get my candle tomorrow and have it burn each night, as well. My son is underway and it will definitely burn until his return in March. He also celebrates his third year in the Navy at the end of this month.
I also want to honor all Military for all they do each and every day.
God bless all.

Yes, my candle will be "burning"(electric with a blue bulb) in Matthews,NC until my son is safe back onshore from sub duty. My daughter-in-law was able to come home from their home in Silverdale, WA so that was wonderful. Way to
go everyone!!! Whata wonderful idea!!

gloria that is an absolutely beautiful picture of your candle. I love seeing them...my hubby is balking at putting the candle on my rooftop as an outline for those flying by....but I am persistent and it will shine on my roof in Texas.. by next weekend if I have to get up there my self.
