mine too is still burning... and yes Iam crying right now... the candle at Arlington National for your brother really hit me hard... I never thought when I said one blue candle that it would become such a blessing to all of us... I thankyou for your families service and my sons... I am speechless but it seems my heart is outpouring as the tears are streaming down my face. I know my thankyou isn't much... But I believe the Angels are thanking you too and I believe God will look down on these beautiful candles and know...It is a mother's love that keeps the flames burning...God Bless you

Our candle has been lit since early morning in Chippewa Falls WI. All the relatives have had theirs lit throught Wi.,CA,WA. It made me feel better. This is our 2nd Xmas without our Sailor. But we got surprise call from Germany. Haven't talk to him him since Oct. when he first arrived there from Afghan. He sounded good. Hope everyone has had a great holiday.

My candle has burned in three houses in two states through out yesterday and today. It burnred at my daughter's in Cranston, RI, then in my own home yesterday, in Warwick, RI. Today I took it with me to my brother's in Medfield, Massachusetts where it burned brightly as we visited. It it now burning next to me at the computer desk and only has about an inch till it has forfilled it's duty. It has been an honor remembering all of our sailors who sacrificed their holiday this year! God bless them all!

Merry Christmas!,
Trish
