Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity Women Build

I am on the Women Build Committee for Habitat for Humanity. Our first house is to be built in downtown Denton, TX for a single mom with three children. We will begin in June, working Saturdays from 8:30 - 4:30 from June 27 thru about Sep 26. July 11 is Navy for Moms Build Day! No experience is necessary, all talents welcomed. I sent you an Email. I can't come all day but I can show up in the morning. I won't be able to lift or pound because of my injuries from the accident but I think I can handle a paint brush or some other smaller tasks. I'll bring my 17 year old with me too.

I do want to attend however, I am not sure I will have had surgery by then or not I can go for sure as long as I don't do any heavy lifting...if you can use a painter then I am there and will help. Thank you Betty

I'm going to the Habitat build in OKC on June 12. I was an assistant superintendent for years for a general contactor. I'll be gald to help, add me to you friends list so we can communicate. I have a lot of time available this summer so I can help, I have a couple of strong teenagers at home that I can probably rope into helping too.
