DESCRIPTION:Navy Week is coming to Boston from June 30th through July 
 6th!\n\nFor those of you that are not sure what Navy Weeks are, they c
 onsists of a series of events designed to tell the Navy story: what th
 e Navy does, why it’s important, and what opportunities exist in tod
 ay’s Navy.

\n\nBoston Navy Week 2009 is anchored around Boston 
 Harborfest and is packed with events demonstrating the mission of the 
 Navy and our proud heritage. These events could include Blue Angels, \
 "Leap Frog\" Parachute Team, and Navy Band performances, Explosive Ord
 nance Disposal (EOD) Dive Tank, SEAL Accelerator, Navy TACH Demos and 
 Flyovers, Blue Angels F/A-18 Flight Simulator, Accelerate Your Life Ex
 perience (AYLE) Simulator and Navy Theme-Wrapped Suburban all intent t
 o give the public a personal look at the men and women of the Navy ser
 ving throughout the world in different roles.\n\nVice Admiral Kevin Mc
 Coy, Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command will serve as our spokespers
 on and there will also be special guest visits plus the Navy Blue Ange
 ls, Navy \"Leap Frog\" Parachute Team, Navy Band and other outstanding
  local Sailors.\n\nN4M is not sponsoring this event, but if you're int
 erested in coordinating something special with fellow N4M members, her
 e's some Do's and Don'ts to keep in mind :)

 ith Navy Weeks.
\n- You are encouraged to participate in Navy Week a
 ctivities when appropriate.
\n- If you want to get involved with the
  Navy coordinators, your group should appoint a \"spokesperson\" to co
 ordinate with the Navy. (This will alleviate multiple calls on the sam
 e topic.). The Navy Week points of contact can be found on www.navywee
 k.org. Go to the schedule and click on the city that you are interest 
 in. The point of contact for that city's Navy Week will be listed.
