Yes, Bea did do a great job!!!!! Mich - I am disappointed as well, but the meet and greet in 2010 will make the meeting all the much sweeter! Happy Holidays!

Jaye Lynn I think we are not going to meet until next year :( I'm a little disappointed, but I also think it is a good idea to wait and meet next month. Dec is such a busy month of everyone.
Bea did an incredible job on the M&G calender, kudos to Bea!!

The following is a tentative schedule for 2010. East Bay is schedule for Mar 28 but there are a number of m&gs before that. I am leaving Dec open for next year and playing it by ear. Holiday could be hit or miss depending on so many factors. I would just let it go for this coming Sat. If you can read this, I have included a PDF file which you can open.

We only have two confirmed RSVPs (and one of them is me!). I have posted an alternative for lunch vs. dinner, etc. to simplify because of lack of response. Unfortunately, lunch doesn't work for one of the RSVPs. As much as I want to meet everyone, I am thinking it might be best to wait until after the first of the year. I would be happy to host in January if there is not one already scheduled....Please post thoughts, etc. prior to the end of the day Thursday. Thanks!!

I work until 15:30 on Saturday, so there is no way I can do lunch. My husband and I really want to meet with everyone, but maybe December is just too busy a month for most folks. I'm willing to wait until more folks are able to come. Just let me know what works for you.
BTW vodka martinis are my husband and my favorite!!!

mich- husband are encouraged to attend. just bring yourselves and your cookies. we will be serving beer/wine and my husbands favorite, vodka martinis. but just join us....there is lots of time to reciprocate.

I can't wait to come!!!!!! My husband and I still haven't talked to any real navy families face to face yet. Soooooo looking forward to meeting everyone. Oh, are husbands welcome too? Other than the cookies, what should l bring? Never done this before......just can't wait! I'm just sorry I can't make the Dec 6th M&G but I'll be at my son's PIR.
