Tucson, Arizona Potluck Get-Together

Potluck get-together in Tucson . . . all are welcome:)!

Directions:
From I-19, Valencia exit, east to 12th Ave., north on 12th Ave to Santa Rosa, about 7 blocks. The park is on the west side of the street.

Major cross streets: One block east of I-19; One block south of Drexel; Seven blocks north of Valencia.

Melissa's going to be there at 10:30am. The DEPPERS and recruits and their families will be there at 9:00am. We are planning on eating at 11:00am. The Navy will be providing Eegee's Submarine sandwiches and Eegee's drinks. They will supply all necessary eating/serving utensils and tablecloths. We may want to follow Melissa's lead and bring some folding chairs . . . Just in case!!!

LOL Cathy, Yes it's near the zoo . . . Melissa will let us know which Ramadas have been reserved and then we'll know exactly where at the park we can meet up:)! WhooHoo . . . getting EXCITED:)!!!!!!!

Location change . . . we'll be 'taking advantage' of the Navy's DEP Program meeting at Reid Park and sharing the ramada's they've already reserved:)! A GREAT opportunity to meet even more future sailors and Navy families:)!

Hi Joyce. I RSVP's that I would be there.. but it is up in the air as I explained in my email. I too will probably be tolling a couple of kids. Please let me know what you would like me to bring.

OK! Joyce yes i plan on coming I know i am off now i have to get hubby to take that day off too but i will be there probably tolling a kid or 2
also my sons best friend is in dep i ll try to check and let her know that we exist

Thank you for all that you are doing to plan this potluck. At this time it is doubtful I will be able to make the trip to Tucson, so I put myself down as not attending. I enjoyed meeting everyone at the potluck in Nov. and I really hate missing this one.
