IM SO NERVOUS ABOUT HIS GRADUATION FROM BOOTCAMP

im so anxious to get up there yet im nervous
i jus hope all of my plans fall thru
is it best to go ahead and reserve a car.. do u reserve it from the airport or wat
im new to this
i have made reservations at a hotel but i will need a rental car

Keisha you can just take cabs and shuttles the whole time, it's just going to be you and him and I think shuttles are free right, because people say there is alot of traffic everywhere, and they say it is best to take a cab and shuttles

If you get a rental car try to get a GPS system. Or borrow one if you can and take it with you. It helped us so much. I know if you go downtown Chicago there are free trolleys threw the downtown area. Almost every hotel has a shuttle or taxi's that take you to PIR, and there is a Metra train system that runs from RTC area to Chicago. But we never took that, so I cant tell you much about it other then you can catch it to downtown.

yea i kinda figured i would bring the gps with me i have one
i jus gotta get the address to the base and stuff
i think i am only gonna spend a day up there because he is grad and go soooo i wont b able to see the city like that

i heard its cheaper to rent a car cuz the prices and the distance for a taxi
its gonna b my aunt but of course i dont want her everywhere wit me
but he is grad and go so i want to spend all the time i can with him with it being jus me and him

Keisha, are you going by yourself?
We rented a car when we went for my son's PIR in Dec. through Hotwire and ended up being Hertz.. don't rent it directly thru Hertz, it will end up very expensive.
Did you try the Navy lodge on base? it is cheap.

i did the navy lodge but it was more that the quality inn so thats where i made reservations
i jus found out we are goin to take a late flight so ummm ar rental car places open 24 hrs or wat?
im going with a relative so i wont b by myself
