My Son is on a sub

Hey all Is anyone out theres Son on the USS Asheville? My son is. He was on the Rickover, Which was on the East coast where i am. He is now on the USS Asheville, Deployed and Stationed in San Diego, Point Loma.

It wont be long now until my son is on Americansoil!! cant wait. He is coming home for Christmas! Im so excited i cant stand myself. This will be the best Christmas ever!!!

Hi I can't believe I didn't find this discussion before now! The boys are home now and Brett will be off the Asheville headed for shore duty in late March. He will be an instructor at the Submarine Learning Center at Point Loma after he attends a little school at the big base near Coronado (anyone know what it's called?) He spent 4 1/2 years on the Asheville.
