Computer Problems

I am unable to get N4M on my computer, have been a member for over six months without any problems. As soon as i sign on the entire computer locks up. Tried updating Internet Explorer and Windows, but still no luck, anyone with any suggestions as to what I might be able to do?

Hey Lorei, you can start by making sure that n4m is a safe site with your virus control. Clear your computer temp. files., history and cookies, make sure that n4m is safe with your pop up blocker. When all else fails contact ning. ning help click here

Thanks I will try all of that, I tried again this morning to update my Internet Explorer, and now I can get on the site again, maybe yesterday the update just didn't work. I will keep your info just in case I start to have problems again.
