Katja, I don't remember all the exact links but here is how I find it. Go to your search engine and in the box where you can type in a subject to look for websites, type in Great Lakes Recruit Training Command. That will bring up the address for the Recruit Training site, click on it to take you there. When you get there you will see like recruits on the left side of the page, family on the right side. Click on the right side. Under the header you will see tabs. Look for the one that says Upcoming Graduations, click on it and scroll down to find the division you are looking for. Remember the dates are done in military manner. dd/mm/yr I know my directions are not precise but that will keep you close, you should be able to find it. Good luck! Come chat with us some.

My son left for bootcamp on
11/17. Got my 1st real letter on Friday. He is in division 063 so I guess that puts him at 1/9 as well.I am so excited and proud at the same time.

Congratulations! Wow! he will get out really fast! My son left on the 12th (GL on the 13th) and I thought he was getting through quickly. I'm glad for them though. At least when it is over my son gets to head to Va. Beach for the winter and spring. Unless he has to spend some time in the THU waiting for more grads. Come into the main area and chat with us when you can.

My son is also in divison 058. He arrived there November 13. I received two letters from him at once. He said he hurt his wrist and I am worried that they may send him home. I would hate to see him get set back as he was on DEP for almost eight months. Love that I found this site and it is reassurring to hear other people have loved ones in the same place.

How did he hurt it? Seth was on DEP for about 7 months. I hope that your son is okay and can make it through. Good luck!

Hi SailorsGirl928 - Sorry I didn't reply the other night my internet was out for almost two days. My son in Div 058 did send me a new letter and didn't even mention his wrist so I am thinking it's better. He said they are still getting yelled at more than ever and sounds tired. All in all I didn't cry with this letter instead I laughed. As he talked about 45 degree angle sheet folding and boot shinning and no naps allowed. So I'm thinking he may be adjusting. Hope he makes the January 9th graduation. Thanks for your reply...
