graduation

im really enjoying N4M it is so good to hear of all the good things that happening with other young men and women that have joined the Navy. My son is at boot camp now. he will be graduating pretty soon cant wait to see the change in him, and to see him in his sailor uniform. He is playing the bass drum at graduation can't wait, it seems like a long time since he left but its only been a couple of months

Awwww that is terrific, make sure you have your camera ready to go for PIR and also lots of tissues. The change is amazing and when you see them march in, in full uniform you are just so PROUD! Almost like the day they were born, we welcome them into the world now we welcome them as United States Hero's .

You are writing lots of letters right? That is so important....Sometimes I used to write 2 letters aday just so I could mail one every day.

how funny i wrote about 4 letters in one day and my oldest son said that i was overwelming dominic. but i know i
would love to get that many letters at once. yes i have the camera ready, i still need to stock up on my tissues.
My heart used to pound so hard when he played the drums for his high school band how much more for this special event.
