Information for OCS Newport Candidates

If you have a loved one who is about to go to OCS or thinking about it (Newport, RI) then this is a great series of articles and videos done by the Providence, RI newspaper about a year ago, following several candidates through OCS. Take some time to read the articles and few the videos. Don't be scared by it, like I was. OCS is VERY tough, but when they graduate, it is the proudest day of your child's life and of your life! You have to create a login account for yourself to read through the threads of previous classes. You will find great support from this site DURING OCS. Once in there, click on "Navy Families" to go to Navy OCS.
