There were a lot of random pictures but there is a reason for that. Susan - I didn't know which one was your son!!! So I took pictures of everyone. Then halfway through Steve pointed him out so they got to be a little more focsed. Sorry again for the quality. I dropped my camera a few months ago and I'm positive it effected the image quality.

Thanks for the compliments on the photo site!! My kids are a whoot. Kate is very photogenic, Matt can be at times.

So tired... must sleep tonight!!! By the way... Dana's grandson is the cutest thing ever!!! Bret brought him to the train station last Sunday and he's adorable.

Tricia,

That makes you even more amazing. Not knowing who my son was but yet still taking pictures. The quality? Are you kidding? You could have been a mile away and I may have had to use a magnifying glass and been barely able to see him . . . and I would have still been happy. We so wished we could have been there so your kindess to do what you did goes beyond what gratitude I could express to you. Again, thank you so much!

You kids ARE a whoot! Have you received any updates on your husband's orders (if you don't mind me asking)? Have a great Friday!

Good Morning Ladies,

Tricia, any news? Hang in there; I know it's tough.

Dana, are you doing okay? How's that knee of yours?

Take care you two!

Hello Ladies!!

Hope everyone is doing just fine. Just wanted to send wishes to you and your families for a safe and blessed Thanksgiving. Keep me posted if you can on how you are doing. Take care!

Happy second day after Thanksgiving!!! Steve is home putting up outside Christmas lights as we speak. He'll leave Sunday night to get back to base. I hope your boys are doing well.

Stella changed her outfit today. She was busy hunting deer, but came up empty handed. Now she is wearing a lovely fall cloak. Have a great weekend!!

He will be staying in Chicago and I could not be happier!! It was SO WEIRD not having him home this past weekend. I got way too spoiled in October.

How are your boys doing?? Susan - if you want me to send you a cd with those pictures I would be happy to do that. I'm not sure how they look when you got them online.

I got the kids Christmas pictures taken today!! They actually turned out well and I buried the hatchet and got their picture taken with my sister-in-laws kids. Look at me, I'm growing as a person :)

I hope everyone is well. Can't WAIT until next week. Steve's coming home for 5 days or Thanksgiving. Don't tell the Navy... I might kidnap him and not let him leave until after Christmas!

Hello Ladies,

Just wondering how the two of you are doing and how things are going for your Sailors. Mine is doing well; he came home one weekend and hit a deer on his way back to base. He was okay and I think the deer was too. Just some minor damages to the car which we had just recently had repaired due to a previous deer he had hit. We now call him the "Deer Magnet". This is the third one he has hit. Don't worry though, I don't think it was Rudolph!!

Tricia and Susan, first of all I would like to apologize for not getting back to you. Please forgive me. Tricia I can't thank you enough for the dvd. I will treasure it always. we have had so much going on that I haven't been on the computer very much at all. Please tell me about your guys when you get a chance. Mine will be home soon for only 4 days, then his wife and my grandkids will be leaving around the new year to join him. I'm having a tough time with this. Luckily, it's only about a 12 hr. drive, so I hope to see them, like every weekend, hahaha! I would if I could. Gosh, this just seems to be getting harder and harder; and I thought boot camp was bad! Tricia, how are the kids, getting excited about Santa? Does your guy get time off? Susan, I'm glad your son and rudolph were okay. Did I ever tell you we had a real live reindeer for 9 years and her name was rudolph? We had santa too. Did alot of company parties, etc. She was so much fun. If I ever get rich, I would like a reindeer farm! Anyway ladies, I hope to talk to you before Christmas!

Tricia, Putting up Christmas lights . . . yeah, a little touch of "normal".

Glad you get to keep your husband close by; I know you and the kids are thankful. Stephen was home for five days which was great, but when he left it was kind of like starting all over again. What is it with this crazy up and down emotional thingy? Just crazy, just crazy.

By the way, Stella looks quite smashing in her cloak. Take care!
