Navy For Moms

My son will be leaving for boot camp March 11th - I really have no idea what to expect for boot camp and what how he needs to be prepared before he leaves. He is very quiet and doesn't say much although he is excited about going. Can someone give me some insight as to how he should be preparing and anything I can do to help.
