My family stayed there a year ago. It was a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean. The staff very pleasant. It snowed while we were there (10 inches!) They got the sidewalks and parking lot cleaned right away. I would stay again.

Hi Shannon. We stayed there when my son PIR'd on 12/19. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the Residence Inn. When we arrived, it was a few hours before check in, and when we told them we were there for the Navy Graduation, they let us immediately check in. We had a two room suite, and they even upgraded us to one with a fireplace, which was a nice added extra since it was -4 degrees when we were there. The rooms were immaculate, everything from the kitchen to the bathroom was spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable, with lots of extra pillows. When we would leave for the day our room was always cleaned when we arrived back to the hotel. As far as the staff working there, I would give them a 10+. They go above and beyond for Navy families. We were taking some pictures and the woman working at the front desk asked if we would like her to take a picture of all of us. . .I thought that was so sweet of her :) When we were checking out, an older gentlemen who was working there, stopped my son "the sailor" shook his hand and thanked him for serving our country. How great was that!!! I think you made a very wise choice in hotels, I have stayed at many hotels, and would recommend this hotel without any hesitation!! I think I should do a commerical for them :) Good luck to you and God Bless your Sailor!!

Hi Shannon,

I would go back there in a heartbeat. The rooms where very clean the service was excellent. The food was very good too (breakfast and dinner buffet).

I didn't stay there, but another mother told me it was great.

It was a wonderful place to stay. We actually booked our rooms there through Priceline and only paid 59.00 per night. You can't do wrong by staying there.

Does anyone know if they have a shuttle to the RTC?

I don't know about that, when we made our reservations, they never mentioned it. If you find out there is one, would you let me know? What date is your PIR? We are March 20th

They don't have a shuttle, but they contract out with a shuttle service and will give you the info. to reserve it. We used the shuttle the day we were there and thanks goodness we did, we got 18 inches of snow and I don't know how we would have drove ourselves.
