Congratulations on your son's enlistment into the Navy! There are many wonderful people on this N4M's web site. They will be a great support group for you and have a wealth of information that they can share. Be sure to browse through the discussion forums when you have time. You will be able to learn a great deal that way.

What rate (job) is your son enlisting for? When will he be headed for boot camp? My son graduated BC on Aug. 29th and is currently in Great Lakes attending school. He is an IC (Interior Communications Electrician).

I would be happy to share with you any knowledge that I have regarding the Navy.
