the family website

Has anyone else had difficulty in accessing the family website for your child's ship? The webmaster keeps giving me a new password to try, but I still can't get on.Thanks,

After I received my password I had to wait a few weeks to get on. The ship's webmaster has a lot of other jobs and may not even be an IT.

here's the website for the Stethem. You don't have to "register". It look they don't post much info (some ships are like that):

On the Stethem website, you will notice the link for the webmaster. Send that person an email and request the email address for the ship's ombudsman and the president of the FRG group. Once you get those 2 emails, send them an email and let them know your son is on the Stethem and you'd like to be added to their email list to receive any info about the ship, such as newsletters, etc.

I have the same problem for the Ronald Reagan, I keep having to get a new password and that password doesn't last very long. What can I do?
