the family website

Has anyone else had difficulty in accessing the family website for your child's ship? The webmaster keeps giving me a new password to try, but I still can't get on.Thanks,

Sylvia: Renewing your password is part of the Navy's internet security system. A lot of large organizations do the same thing. :(

My son is on the H S Truman and my daughter is on the Leyte Gulf, a cruiser, how do i get the websites for these ships? would appreciat any help. Also any information on hte insurance for our military for their personal belonging would be helpful also. i have seen it talked about but i cant find the site or remember the name, my son has had his cell phone stolen a coupld of times now and it is getting expensive to replace, also his ipod and nintendo ds, and i heard that this insurance coversl all their personal belongings. any help?
