Navy For Moms

I would like to thank all of you for your replies. It means a lot to me knowing that I do have a support system outside of my family. I did finally get the form letter from my son and had a letter waiting to send him and sent it out that day. Thank you all and the best to your son/daughter and I will keep them all in my prayers.

Yes, my son mentioned that in his form letter. He said he was sorry, but they were under orders to keep their conversations to a 'script'.

you can call the recruiter and get the address or wait because your son will send a letter to you with his address on his 4th or 5th P-Day if i remember correctly. this is within the first week.

the letters usually take a week to get from one place to the other depending on where you are from. they dont have mail call on saturday or sunday. he can only write letters on sundays during holiday routine but you may send them anytime.

hope this was helpful
