I'm in Tempe too! We should connect. I justGot home from San Diego where I was helping my sister and brother-in-law. My BIL had a kidney transplant a week ago today God is so amazing! The recovery process is going much better than expected. His donor is also doing fabulously! Anyway, my plate has been rather full lately, but we east valley folks should connect. What A school are your sailors going to?

Hi Joyce-

First I am praying for a very safe and wonderful 3-Day Walk for Brca for you in Seattle. Take some moleskin - just for cushion and a little tube of Neosporin. -
You will have the time of your life with these other women.
Second- KP made it to Pre-BUDS per another N4M whose son knows of him.
I was right- they changed his DIV to an 800- he was 840. At least he's on his path and I'm sending love and prayers through the Holy Spirit each day.
Finally- I have an interview Thursday, with the local med device company that I worked for in 2005 - I was the Project Manager on contract for their leg vein stent, and they hired a perm to replace the contract. Now they have new needs. Please pray for me to get further assignment with them so that I can help some dear friends in their challenges and get a nice house so we can all have N4Ms meetings in Queen Creek. Woo Hoo for that!

I've been trying to get someone up in Phx to create 'East' and 'West' Phoenix groups, so you all can plan some get togethers that are closer to your homes.

We don't have that problem down here in little 'ol Tucson! lol

Thank you everyone so much for all the wonderful feedback on PIR. It is very helpful. I'm glad to hear all the good things about the Ramada too. I feel I made a good choice. Does anyone live in the Mesa area? I am in east Mesa and can always use a friend here!

We took the shuttle from the hotel. It was not bad. Either way you have to leave early. Just check w/your hotel on getting your name on a list for the shuttle. When your done w/PIR there is a bunch of cabs and shuttles waiting to pick you up at the visitors center. So it really was easy. We just did not want to deal w/driving and all the traffic.

LOL Mo . . . I should look HALF so good as you after I spend hours trying!!!

Today's my last day to get ready for my trip . . . I fly out early tomorrow morning - WhooHoo:)! I'm looking forward to TONS of fun and will do my best to get pics (and stories!) posted 'regularly' . . .
