OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I understand my son met Will though I guess I misunderstood as I really did think there was a modeling club--it's been so long ago for that discussion--must be many pages back. He may have been a bit embarrassed since I gave him the wrong info. I'm glad he found you though.

The USO is awesome at O'Hare. They gave my sailor a couch to sleep on and a safe place when he missed his flight home in December. I immediately sent them a donation!

Hi there, Will....good to see you today! And that's not an April Fool's joke....we have been busy and trying to field some of the easy questions; leaving the difficult ones for you of course....our fearless leader. Have a great day....Vee

Francine, I can't answer for the ETs, but my grandson is in for GM, and the hold is due to the fact that the classes are so full. They have recently started night classes for ATT and that is helping diminish the hold time. My grandson was on hold 76 days from his PIR to last Thursday when he started his ATT. Will is the expert on this and can better explain the situation as it refers to the ET rate.
