WOW !!! I am in tears thanks Marianne you are gonna take us on your journey with you ... I am so proud of of young men and Women and Yes I am very very Proud of MY Ginny I know how difficult it must be to be the only women in a mans world ..yuk cant wait to hear more... I cant wait til we can someday all meet some us Maryland Moms met for the first time yesterday ..how great and inspiring and just plain awesome it was !!!!! I cant wait to meet my AS sisters !!!!

Hey everybody! I am finally back in NJ again. I tried to get onto N4M's with my sister's computer when we got back to San Diego, but I couldn't access it for some strange reason so here I am now!
I cannot begin to tell what an incredible experience I had over the last 2 weeks. Lots of laughs, tears, cheers you name it! If any of you get the opportunity to take a Tiger Cruise or anything like it, DO IT! I have a new appreciation for what our sailors go through day in and out and this was on their finally journey home. Can't even begin to imagine what life is like when they are underway for a mission.
Sally, I TRULY give you Ginny lots of credit. Being a female in the military is not an easy task, but God bless them these young women are incredible!!!
Patty, I know EXACTLY how Wes feels right now. The only thing I mastered after 7 days was to get from my berthing to the hangar bay and then to the mess hall! You cannot even imagine the size of that "boat"! I love every minute of it though and Wes will catch on much faster than I did on how to get around. The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the food! I don't eat like that normally and it just did not agree with me!!! I didn't get sea sick and I actually had no problem with my rack with sleeping. I guess we were running so much during the day, by the time taps came I was more than ready to sleep. I found the slight rocking of the ship at night to be very comforting.
Cindy, Wow! A school for Jake is going right along! You will be finding out where his orders will be real soon!
Claudia, This is why we won't let Patty leave us!!!!!LOL
Glad to be back with you all here and hopefully I will figure out how to load these pics for everybody to see!

Sally, glad you will get to see your daughter soon. The not home for Christmas part stinks though.
Cindy and Patty glad to hear your sailors are doing well.

PATTY YOU HAVE OUT DONE YOUR SELF WITH THIS PICTURE!!!!! I love it! I'd like to have a big poster of it to hang somewhere in my house. Thanks for the laugh.

Wow! It sounds like all of our sailors are doing well. What could be better? Jake told me he expects to graduate from A school the Day before Tahnksgiving or possibly two days before. I have made tentative plans to go down there for a few days before Thanksgiving. But it is a few weeks ahead. Who can tell what might happen between now and ten?

Hehehe Thats what I feel like my hair is doing right now cant get it to do nothing ... I am so excited for two reasons... first our MD N4M group some of us are having a meet and greet tomorrow for the first time so excited finally getting together and of course its gonna rain kinda stinks cause its Navy homecoming tomorrow and we were gonna watch the Mids march in to the stadium and tour the Academy grounds .. oh well ... And... My Ginny is coming home for her Birthday her 30th ..blahhhh she cant come home for Christmas ..boohooooo :( so she will be here the beginning of December for 5 days ... yippieeee !!!!!

Patty that is soo cool ..they are very big I remember last year when I visiited Ginny and we toured the USS Midway we only saw a small portion and it was massive ..so I can only imagine... Cindy how cool to see the Blue Angels all the time I luv it when they come to Annapolis ...gives me shivers ... Jake sounds like hes doing awesome so great.... I know one thing I cant wait to see Marianne's pix's from her cruise ...

Patty, that sounds really exciting for Wes. I got a couple e-mails from Jake. He is doing well is school, pretty good grades, he says it's hard. He gets to take a martial arts class on base. He saw the Blue Angels practice a couple days ago. I kind of envy the sailors, but I couldn't handle that much adventure.
