Navy For Moms

Just curious if anyone else is on a boot camp diet. I am trying to lose weight and get in shape for PIR and am dreading all the temptations at Thanksgiving dinner.

Well I've kinda fell off the wagon I have gained back 3 pounds so I guess I really need to get back to my diet ugh!

I'm about176- which before I was 180, so its better than nothing, but I'm wondering what if there is more I can do to lose weight faster? I told my man before he left for boot camp that I would lose some weight while he was in BC, but I procrastinate alot, and I just went to the gym today. My weight loss goal is 150, but his PIR is 9-25-09, so instead of 150, I'm wondering what would be a more realistic weight loss goal? Please tell me your suggestions. Thank you! ^^

I am so sorry Chandra I have been really neglecting N4M recently it just seems so depressing for me :(.Anyway did you hit your goal by PIR or do you still need some tips?

I've been dieting/training. I decided to run a half marathon in March. So I walk/run 3 miles every day, do some arms exercises and stretching! I find out today how much I have lost in the 2 weeks I have been doing it!
