Hi girls! I'm not "engaged" but We booked our hall and church last week. He's on deployment and will be home in Dec. Our date is May 29, 2010. I have lots of planning to do! I look forward to getting to know you all! :)

Just a quick glimpse of what we've been planning.. We're getting married at the church I attend. Our reception is going to be in a barn. It has an attached deck. Our centerpieces our going to be pails filed with flowers with a ribbon around them of whatever color we choose, and also old fashion looking candle lanterns. We debating on rather to use shot glasses with candy as our favors, or just use them for the bridal shot dance and get other favors..That's all I got so far!

Hello ladies.. I just joined the group, I've thought about it a couple times and decided to go ahead & join even though I'm not getting married for another couple years.. I skimmed all the posts, its relieving to read that I'm not the only one driven nuts by just thinking about planning a wedding :)

Well, I had a bridezilla freakout last night. (The dress still isn't done.) But we were messing with the sleeves and they kept looking worse instead of better as we were working on them. I think we are back on track.

I had ruined one fan simply because it fell apart and the dye wasn't coming out right anyway. This one I ruined by letting the paint glue it open, but at least it will work.
