Does anyone have any advise for Robin - wesleysmom2009 about the question she posted Wednesday night? I don't know that area, but hopefully someone can offer up suggestions.

Thanks Annie for getting the picture posted so quickly! Aren't we an awesome group!!
Nice to meet everyone and share stories. I've said for a year now that this group has gotten me through the tough time of letting go, but to see how far Dan has come and the support I have gotten here has been incredible. Hope to get to know all of you even better!

Hi Chicago Mom. I have to start out by saying I'm not from Chicago, but thought you could help me. My husband and I coming to Chicago to have Thanksgiving with our recruit. What I would like to know is where is a good place to eat and what will be open in the area around the base? Thank you in advance. I look forward to someone replying.

What a relief--prayers do work! I just got a 10 second call to tell me he's not going to Afg. He wants to go to San Diego in two years.
