I wonder what kinda cab I called then! LOL ~ $50-60 I can stomach! I'm afraid to drive in the snow so I guess I have to face a fear if no one travels with me! LOL My other boys want to come but it depends on their schedules, I'm crossing my fingers!

I called Jiffy cab and he told me 50-60 bucks.....
I booked a SUV, because also, we'll need transportation to Restaurants..somewhere to eat. Not a bad price...140 total and unlimited mileage. That's with Dollar....and their counter is next to Southwest...

Oh hey, I just realized I'll get to see it snow! I have been to the snow before but have never really seen it snowing much. How exciting! LOL

Laurie, I called the one cab and it was $171 bucks! That's crazy, if we can find one cheaper for sure or I'll learn to drive in the snow! hahahaha

Hi Ladies,
I made reservations for 3 nights at the Sleep Inn in Lake Bluff on a recommedation from someone in the bootcamp Moms group. It was a little over $60 a night and they have a shuttle that will take you to the PIR for $3 per person each way. I asked for a military discount, but the AAA discount isn't too bad. They will also bring your sailor back to the hotel with you, but you have to have a way to get them back later.

I did the same as Natalie...I've heard that for those how have A school out of the Great Lakes area then they'd be a grad n go...

I did mine through Sunday, they have a great cancellation policy. better to have it then take the chance of selling out later.
