Nancy, do you know the difference in the phase 2 liberty and first phase? I know John said he could stay out until Sun. night and travel 300 miles away but what can they do in phase 1?
Hope Jordan takes it again this week!! It will boost him. Is he 21 yet? John said there is a place across the street from him room that they can go and shoot pool.

exactly, I wanted to just hop in the car and tell him that everything is ok. It is just one test, you will pass it the next time. I just talked to him and he says he may try and take it this week so he can come home next weekend.

That's good! I am sorry he was unhappy and in an unhappy mood. Makes you really feel helpless. I keep telling myself. It is time he grows up and he made his choice.. but the mommy in me wants to hug all the hurts away still :)

Ya he just gets himself so worked up and then he gets discouraged if he doesn't do well, he has had quite a bad attitude all week because of it, but when we talked to him today he seemed a little better. He will stay in GL for A school, so hopefully he will be able to be home a few times before A school is over, our hopes are that if he cannot get here we will go there at least once a month

Hi Nancy, That is hard. Sometimes they just get worked up and test freeze. I know I do when I take a test! He will pass it the next time. It is so nice that you are 3 hours away. He will be able to come home quite a bit won't he? That's awesome! Where will he go after A school?

for us GL is only 3 hours away, so we can do a weekend trip, and not have to use alot of vacation time.

that is awesome that Rusty passed his test, Jordan failed his by 2 points and was pretty disasppointed. He said he knew the answers too and so that made it worse for him. We just keep telling him that we are proud of him and to take the test again as soon as he can and he will be a phase II before he knows it and will be able to make it home

I am so happy! We go March 20 - 23! Can't wait to see him. He is so bored! Talked to him for an hour and he just wants to get busy with school. He did pass his phase 2 test for liberty so that is good. I am slowly going to the poor house with all this traveling.. lol....but I figure if I get to go in March hopefully he can come home May or June then I am going to take my daughter and grandbaby in July if all goes well! So he should be covered till he leaves for San Diego! whew! I think I should apply for a job as a stewardess! lol
