Hi Melissa, I have tried again and nothing.. I just fowarded this to our Chief (recruiter) for assistance. It seems the new Sailors are not getting email addresses like they used to. II know how the Marines work, but I can not see it being all that different.

Please follow OPSEC and don't say anything about when a deployment might happen or ships movements.

how does one get the FRG letter and the obudsman letter too? i have a son on the HST and would like to be in the circle instead of looking in. I belong to the other group and now this one too. Have a nice Thanksgiving everyone!

I too have read the posts on the other HST group and unless the information has come from the Commanding Officer I would dismiss any information you are reading and or hearing right now about dates on up coming deployments as rumors! Only the Command knows when a deployment will happen. Always wait for the official word.

I've heard the crew will find out by the end of September. That's the only word out there. My son had a motto when he was in NROTC in college, "Semper Gumby" (always flexible). It has served him well.
