We have a great plan in place to ensure that each package is distributed. It is actuall good that it is coming in waves to ensure that we can catalog the gifts.

Ok Pat, I am waiting for both stories to come out, they should be out in December I will send them.

I agree with you Pat who are they trying to fool! We are Navy for Moms cannot pull anything over us. LOL

I just came back from mailing Tim's package for Christmas.While I was at the post office I was telling the clerk how some people used the regular large priority mail flat rates and they are not given the discount when sending to an APO/FPO address. He said once they type in the zip code the dicounted price comes up. He suggested that you ask for a supervisor if this happens again. .

KIM you are very welcome! I got a call from another paper yesterday wanting to do a story on the Nimitz project, we are stars. LOL I can't wait to send all of these articles to my son. Everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving! God Bless!

thanks Pat. i'm so glad he stuck to his guns. still, it's sad that these are all the 'leaders' who don't know what they're doing -- and they're training the nubs -- scary. glad the navy is finally doing something about this. :)
