Its not percentage based, it is all based on your orders, when yer docked, you are considered land duty, but some people are lucky and get stationed to ONI land, or Hawaii land, others get put out in Afghanistan on one of the CSG's or even on land in Afghanistan like 2 of my good friends from my unit.

Andrew's been home, and he's getting ready to head back tomorrow. I don't think he even knows what the percentage of land/sea is.

My son Andrew is an IS and he really loves it. He really can't share much since it's all secret squirrel stuff...
