Hi, everyone...as we would never be bother to view another site because as classy women we believe that we are passionate about viewpoint & others have a right too there's....our posts are being read & blog on the faux MM4A Glen Beck site. A friend of my forwarded me an e-mail. Yes I feel ????, but as a group we can speak to Jill about going private like the Gop site. I don't need to hide my views.

I like that sticker much better mamadoc. I enjoyed the stickers when Bush was in office, they were creative! The best one I've seen recently is "The media is only as liberal as the conservative businesses that own them". I went to school in the south where I studied communication and journalism but had very liberal professors, anyway, the downfall of the media was always a topic we discussed!

And being seen by navy doctors, they are actually out of the seasonal flu shot and don't have nor know when the H1N1 will come in. I'm going to just go down to the health department since they were able to manage to get ahold of both.

Sorry I missed the bumper sticker discussion. I drive a 96 subaru wagon complete with kayak racks. Being old it needs bumper stickers.They are good for covering up rust. Haven't decided which liberal sticker to put a Navy Mom sticker next to. And whoops, I made a mistake. The sticker I saw said Hate the war, the the warrior. But then I like my mistake better--Love the warrior not the war. Much more positive.

Keith O looked like he swallowed the canary after telling the Rush story. What would we do without Keith and Rachel? Another bumper sticker--I Love Keith and Rachel.
Glenn Beck dropped out of Yale after one class.
Keith has a BS from Cornell.
Rush dropped out of college after 1 year.
Rachel has a PhD and was a Rhodes scholar.
Hmmmm.

Lisa I hope you get your flu shots. You are the highest risk group being pregnant. Our local schools are closed until next week due to influenza. Michigan has the poorest economy in the nation and amongst the highest swine flu rates. Hmmmm.

I woke up with cold symptoms this morning... don't know if it is flu, but so far, no fever. I had a dentist appointment for a cleaning, but canceled that. Didn't seem prudent.

And we're having the first snowfall of autumn. Oh yay.

Rush is a moron. I have zero respect for that hypocrite.

Nancy, thanks for posting the links. I didn't know the President had been at Jacksonville. I read his speech and saw a still photo, but was there a video somewhere?

Lisa, I hope you get the vaccine soon. If I were in a high risk group, I would consider it but for now only people in high risk groups can get it in my area.

And now I'm off to search for a video of Countdown from last night!

Flu update--when my husband called his supervisor yesterday he found out about a new flu hotline he had to call where he got a "leave a message, we'll call you back" recording. Several hours later a doctor called him, asked about his symptoms, gave some self help tips and said someone would call him again on *Wednesday* to re-evaluate his symptoms and tell him when he *might* be able to return to work. As of this morning, he's still miserable. He will be home Friday night whether he's still sick or not. Thanks for all the good wishes!

Did you watch "Countdown" tonight? Rush got punked ! Keith Olberman had the best time reporting on it. In case you didn't see it, Rush went on and on about a so-called thesis that Obama was supposed to have written in college, basically saying negative things about the constitution. Then he found out the whole thing was a spoof, taken from a satirical website. But THEN he said "Well even if he didn't write it, we know he thinks it." Can you believe that man?! I notice more and more Republicans are getting uneasy about Rush and Beck and their vitriol. Good, they should be.
