Pat, Wanting to know what is going on does not sound weird to me at all. I understand that and I hope that the results show something very treatable!

It is cold out today so I don't think out snow is going anywhere very quickly.

Pat, your visit with KR and JM sounds great. I really enjoyed getting to meet JM when I was out there. You realize that soon no matter where in the country we travel, we will have a friend to visit.

Pat the 21st works for me, and I hope it fits into KR schedule too. Talk soon.

Good Afternoon,
I guess I've been helping JM stalk. Been reading all the posts but just didn't have anything to add.

Pat,
I sure hope this procedure gives answers to Jenn and you. I cannot imagine how frustrating this has been for both of you. Still keeping your dear girl in my prayers always. Do you have any idea how long it will take to get results? I'm also praying that when all you girls get together in SD it will be for joyous celebration!!!!

Dori,
Also glad to hear the good news for your hubby!! How was the rest of your shopping in Bangor?

Jane,
Thank you so much for joining us!!! I am very glad you are here with us!!

Blondie,
Sorry you are hurting!!! And with everything that you do - I can just see pain trying to slow you down!!! I hope you do find a medication that will help you keep your pace painfree. I hate taking medication myself. Hate having painful joints most of the time but I guess it's just all part of getting old!!! Sucks!!!! I am so looking forward to meeting you in person next week. Can't have any margaritas tho' if I don't have my designated driver with me. I just don't like to (or need to) take any unnecessary chances.

Pat, you even have a stalker praying over your shoulder. Sorry for those who don't know me I am the group stalker. :) I will be thinking about you and Jenn today. DC- glad things went well for your hubby, Blondie, I love massages, except when they have to do the deep tissue ones on me back and shoulders because of injuries.Makes you wonder why we get them. Sorry your fibro is acting up. Was suppose to play softball tonight but I have been pretty sick this week and even missed to day of working with the kiddies. And Pat, KR and I are waiting for info for our meet. We will either use those margaritias to celebrate or drown our sorrows. Good day ladies. And Joanne, glad you have reconnected with K again.

Blondie, I'm also anal about taking drugs and really don't like the fact that I have to take as many as I take. Sometimes you are between a rock and a hard spot.

Pat, I know that they can do corneal transplants but I've never heard of the entire eye. Please know that we are pulling for you and Jenn and keeping both of you in our prayers.

Oh, Pat, I totally understand your feelings! I've been there. Believe me, no matter what, good news or bad, it is somehow easier when you know what you are dealing with. At that point, you can move off center. I pray it does not move to her other eye. I will keep Jenn in my prayers. I pray for something treatable.

Pat, the day did turn out well. I was pleased that I fairly quickly found what I needed at JoAnn's. That can be a time sink sometimes. I offered to let my husband hand out at Border's while I went there but he said no way.

Oops, hit the wrong key and it posted. Well, at least it did not vanish.

Pat, I am so glad that at least Jenn will be able to keep her leave. BZ to her CO!

Barbara W., Helen has a daughter who is a nurse in the navy. She is my friend so you can find her there. Her daughter just returned from the Middle East. I did leave a comment on her page telling her you were looking for someone who had a daughter who is a nurse and in the Navy. While on her page, I noticed that there s a Moms of Nurses group.

Oh, Blondie, that sounds so miserable! I hope that the massage, with painkillers, helped work out some of the kinks!

There was no forecast for snow this morning, but when we left home it was snowing some. About half way to Bangor, we began to wonder about the wisdom of going. We have to cross this one mountain (really big hill) and the weather is always nastier there. The good news is that by the time we got through at the doctor's office, it had stopped and the sun was out. The rest of the day has been very nice. Husband's visit went well and the doctor said he was a perfect candidate. Because he is active, he is in good shape. In addition, he regularly does the flexibility exercises the therapist gave him. The doctor was amazed that he had so much flexibility and told him that even though the knee is shot, he could wait for surgery if he wanted. My husband said no ... too much pain and too limiting in what he can do. He has it scheduled for March 15, hopefully after snow season is bad.

Good morning! NM you got quite a bit of snow, more than we did. We did have lots of wind.

Hope everyone has a good day. We are supposed to go to Bangor today for a doctor's appointment to discuss alternative surgery for my husband when he has his knee replaced. Hope this will work because it is not as invasive and recovery time is shorter. Then we are doing shopping that can't be done locally. I have a list and know that dear husband will groan when he sees it.
