Well, the guys around my sailor's base have all liked Zombieland. Our critics said it was kind of funny.

Finally finished "Little Dorrit." It was good, but long. We watched "The Counterfeiters," an Oscar-nominated foreign film about a group of Jewish prisoners who were forced to make American dollars for the SS near the end of the war. I thought it was very good, too. Karen, I know what you mean by not liking many four-star movies. My husband refuses to watch anything with Meeryl Streep in it.

I saw Couples Retreat too and really enjoyed it. The theater I went to is usually pretty empty but today it was pretty full for this show. I always like the shows the critics only give 2 stars to. I dont usually like the 4 star ones.

The critics did not give it good reviews si hubby did not want to see it. I wanted to see it though.

Saw Couples Retreat and thought it was pretty funny but then have been married 40 years this year too. Some of the scenes were a little over the top but clothes were on.

I've seen all of his movies, I like them. The best one, well the best 2 to me this last one and "The Family that Preys."

I enjoy the Tyler Perry movies. I didnt see the first ones thinking they wouldnt be good. Ive seen the last few and they have all been good.

I saw Tyler Perry's movie "I Can Do Bad All By Myself" I really it enjoyed it. I recommend it to all. I laughed, cried, cried and laughed. I also saw GI Joe -I like it also, both are must see movies.

Jeanne, next weekend our Public station is going to have a marathon of British comedies. They are going to show Monty Python, I hope they will air it where you live. I really liked "Are you being served" the best.

Oh yes, it is. I think she also produced and directed too.She acted too.

I saw Julie Julia and laughed a lot. It was a fun movie. I remember watching Julia Child on TV years ago. I think that Streep ( I'm not going to try and spell her first name ) did a wonderful job on Julia too.
