For all of you who have been so thoughtful to ask about Michael, we heard from him last night. He is still in isolation but will see the doctor tomorrow to find out if he can be 'let out' and able to join the rest of H Class. Keep your fingers crossed please! He is getting frustrated having to be by himself so much but at least they have him working on academics so he can get ahead of the game hopefully.
Thinking of all of you in 04 today and all week!!

Katie Jo and Mike-I'm dating myself, but graduated from Kimball in '74. I was on Swim team too!!

Mars Bars--were you waving to Justin in the Penske on the way to OCS?? Jared was following behind him in their Jeep and said he saw you guys pass them. Our Ensign is back home from his adventures in KC this weekend-Hockey, mountain biking, etc.

I just checked my Facebook page and there was a post from one of Greg's friends. She had posted the Village People's video of "In the Navy" from YouTube. She said she was wondering if that was what Greg was doing everyday, LOL!! I had totally forgotten about that song. It was too funny!!

navymominohio - Thank you for posting all the helpful hints. Having that info ahead of time will really come in handy when it is our turn.
Victoria - Thanks for recounting your time in Newport. It was so enjoyable to read, especially the part about seeing your daughter in a whole new light. Also, thank you for the photos. Just seeing the pic of the rifle platoon and knowing that my son was a part of that was the next best thing to being there.

LaurenM--I loved your pictures. I really didn't expect how emotional they made me feel. But you can really tell how happy you both were in the photos. You also make a great couple. LOL when I saw the photo of Victoria's head--way too funny!!
I also immediately recognized the Lauren/Lauren photo and how great was that when you two met. Thanks for sharing!!
Victoria-I also looked at all your photos and what a beautiful daughter you have. She has accomplished so much over the past few months--kudos to her!
