I am one happy mom just found out this am that my sailor will make it home thanksgiving night, i get to pick him up at the airport at 6 and he'll be home until sat night. I hope everyone has a very happy thanksgvinig.

He went in Nov 4th. Just got my first letters from him today (not counting the form letter). It is great knowing he is OK.

Brenda, me too! I only have 2 sons and neither will be home. But......I got 2 letters today from my sailor recruit (first letters since he left) and I feel very blessed. When did your son leave? You have a great Thanksgiving too and keep in touch. Mary.

We are practically neighbors, live about 4 miles from the airport.have a great Thanksgiving its my 1st without my son also so hang in there.
