the old plantation??? honestly never heard of it, lol. I guess you find out something new every day, lol.

I've been thinking of coming down for a while now! It certainly would be wonderful to not have to stay in one of the rooms there...have you been to the Old Plantation? I love to go there to swim in the "swimming hole" and the last time I was there, someone had purchased the old place and had been making plans to renovate it, but try to keep the old feel of the place. Lots of history there, good and bad-it was a speak-easy in it's day, you know! Then of course to be on the lookout point of the mountain and in the preserve, it's always been quite cathardic for me...I'll try to make some plans, and I'll let you know! Hi Kirsten! Yes, I'd love to come down and visit! I miss it alot! I've been craving a Meers Burger!! Wouldn't mind looking up a few old friends too...do you or have you been to the HiFi Shop on Gore? I'm very good friends with Bobby Zwaan and wife, miss them greatly...still I can't forget how much it took to "escape" the suckhole! LOL...Well, let me know when you'd like a visitor...try to make it happen!

John is an Airman in Washington St. He works on the aircraft but he's recently had that popular eye surgery Lasix I think its called so hopefully he will be learning to fly soon. That would be great but frightening at the same time.
