Get together Thursday night before PIR

I am new to this group, but my daughter Devon is in Div 339. I have booked our room at the Quality Inn, anybody else staying there? Has anybody made any plans for a get together Thursday Night before PIR?
I am so excited, and I think it would be fun to meet some of you before PIR.

I'm trying to set up the meet and greet at Flanagans but I'm not coming up with a very strong head count. The most I have is three Moms. I have no idea if anyone is including their spouses. I'm not really sure how to proceed at this point. I need an accurate head count and I need to know what time everyone wants to meet. I was thinking between 6 and 8. Anyone?

My mother and I will try to be there. I just found out about it today. My daughter Emily is in Div 338 Ship 09
