Get together Thursday night before PIR
I am so excited, and I think it would be fun to meet some of you before PIR.

Gabby, my son is in ship 9/ DIV 340 and we are also staying at the Quality Inn. Arriving on Thurs. from Milwaukee airport. Maybe we should have "I'm here for PIR" signs to hang on the hotel doorknob like the "Do Not Disturb" signs!

Great idea, "Here for PIR, come on over and introduce yourself!!! " I finally read all the posts and see there is a get together at Flannigans Thursday PM! Thank you, who ever organized this! I am flying in from AZ to O'hare, around 2:30, with my husband & my mom. My mother in Law is flying in at the same time from Wyoming!

I know this sounds paranoid, but I emailed the N4M administrator to see if they thought hanging a doorknob tag would be a security problem. I haven't heard back yet...I'll wait a couple days. It is a pdf file that I set up, easy to print at home.

the door know thing is a cool idea. Maybe we should wear the name tags the entire time with our kids ship and div number.

The N4M "meeting kit" comes with name tags, maybe we can use those. We can download them, then add ribbons, etc.
