Hi Pauline, Thought about you over the week-end... any news yet? Are you free any days during the week to meet? I'm not working right now, so we could pick a meeting place for lunch or whatever. I still have to buy plane tickets, but have hotel reservations at Residence Inn for Thursday/Fri/Sat. Will you be there Thurs PM to meet for a drink? Any official Meet & greet that you've heard about? They are getting to halfway mark... that will be an encouragement for them!

No, no letters yet. I was hoping for a call yesterday. I am starting to give up on the letter thing! I am tired of getting my hopes up only to have them fall like a ton of bricks. I don't work tomorrow or Thursday. Where would you like to meet? Yes, we will be there at the hotel on Thursday night. We plan on staying until Sunday afternoon. I have been asking about meet and greets, but have not heard anything yet. It certainly is getting close! I bought a new dress this past weekend.

I was thinking about a town off RT 495, maybe near Rayhnam or Middleboro? Do you know of a place to eat in that area? It would be great to meet you! Maybe we should start a meet & greet.. Hi Pam,
I am sorry, but tomorrow will not work for me. I just came back from a Scout meeting and they planned a camp-out this week-end. Since it is my day off tomorrow, I need to do the grocery shopping and pack for myself as well as Troop stuff. I do want to meet you though. Is next Wednesday good for you? My van is going in for a sticker in the morning and then I can head out to meet you. My friend told me tonight that Stoneforge was off Rt. 24 off of 494. I would get you directions if you want. They are past the halfway mark, YAAAAHHOOOO! We did receive a letter on Friday and our son still sounded positive. I was happy to see that because I know they have some big challenges ahead. The only negative comment was that some recruits still don't know how to be quiet. We now have hotel/plane reservations and will also rent a car. Our youngest son will be able to attend after talking to his soccer coach. We are all praying for our division. Pauline, Take a look at your calendar... let me know when you're available for lunch. So happy we have had contact with our loved ones! gld0042, how is your boyfriend doing?

Hi! Everything is hard here. I got laid off last month, the joys of working for non-profit organizations, so I am moving back in with my Mom and he has no clue! He's never going to leave again! HaHa, the letters haven't got to him yet and I was at the Dr. when he called last week, but I plan on sugar coating the situation when I talk to him b/c he has enough to worry about! :) I've gotten plenty of letters and he said that his division won't keep quiet, but they are getting better. Keep your fingers crossed. I got my plane tickets and hotel, so I'm ready to see him. I never though I'd miss soemone this much. I've always been a loner(or so I thought), but I'm a trooper! Hope all is great with everyone!!!!!

i have spent god only knows how many hours trying to find all of you. sigh of relief. i booked rooms already but from what i hear my husband has weekend liberty already. is anyone planning on staying past PIR and traveling chicago a few days??? if so PLEASE send me messages. you all are my saviors and i dont even know any of you.
