Karen, it is so great to hear that Damien is doing well. Hope your holidays are great. Paul is in Dahlgren and his classes are going well. He should graduate in May and then will finally be off to the fleet. He won't be home for the holidays until after Christmas, but at least he will be home for a short time. Everything is going well with all the family.

Happy Thanksgiving! I will be spending it with my son and family... Damien is doing well now after heart surgery and is now working at Red Robin, saving up for a road trip/looking at culinary schooling by next summer. I'm on here less and less, but just wanted the opportunity to say I am very grateful today for your wonderful sailors, tell them thank you from us!

Paul left today for Dahlgren. He was very excited. Glad to have gotten out of the frozen tundra before snow arrived. I will let him know that Stephen is close by, maybe they can get together. It is hard to believe that it has been a year since they left. That first 8 weeks seemed so long, but since then, it seems to have gone by so quick. Hope all is well with everyone.

I can't believe it's been a year since our sailors were in GL. Here's praying for another good year to all our sailors, and the friends we have made here.

I told Stephen that Paul would be in Dahlgren. That's not far from Bethesda. Tell Paul to contact him when he gets there and maybe they can get together. Congrats to him and I know you feel refreshed now that you have finally got some time with him. Nothing like them hugs, I don't care how big they get.

Just arrived home from Great Lakes. Graduation was great. Momma was so proud. Paul comes home tomorrow, then head to Dahlgren, VA next weekend for C school.
