WOW Louann you have some exciting days ahead. J just wants to be finished with A school so he can launch his career. Unfortunately he will be at GL for about another 9 months due to the holds and the fact that A school is 6 months long.
Hope everyone else is doing fabulous.
Debbie, EXCELLENT news about Stephen going to Napels Italy. You must be so proud of him.

Hi All ! It is great news about Amanda and Jon. I am so glad that you were able to help them out Kathy!. Maybe I will get to see them here in Florida. Sal graduates A school on May 1 and He an Kimberlie will be married in Charleston on May 5. After that he gets to come to Florida for a week to play recruiter. Then back to Charleston for power school that lasts about 6 motnhs. Saw him this last weekend in Orlando. He flew in and we met him with his care. Had one day with him then he drove back to Charleston...

Now an update on J. J started ATT school last week and is kicking but. This is a self paced computer based class and should last about 60 working days. Then on hold for A school AGAIN.
He is doing great and is on the USS Cole at GL. It has been nice havinghim close but I am affraid it is only prolonging the inevitable. C school shoudl be in either Virginia Beach of San Diego. I just hope it will be warm where ever he goes and I hope he will be happy.

Ok, I know I have not been on here in months and I apologize to all. I miss all of you and have been thinking about all the great times we have had on here. Especially when I hear Jeffffaa Dunham. And I heard him today. MS Amanda Young is here and Jon graduates A school Friday. It has been a joy having her here and I am gonna cry when she leaves. I am so glad that I was able to be of help to them and help them be together even if it was only on the weekends. Jon is going to report to MayPort Fl on 5/5/09 and be on the USS Phillipine Sea.

Hi Sue, I am glad he is starting school, my son is just about done with his IT schooling. Yes the weather has been very nice down there, wish I was there.lol A lot of sailors are still on hold.

Hi everyone! Im hoping all the sailors and their families are doing great. Tom has finally started cryptology school this week, he was very happy. He was getting really tired of being on hold. Then again, he said if he was going to be on hold Florida is the place to be :)
