Please pray for the four civilian police officers shot and killed up in Washington state near Tacoma today. Comfort their families, oh God. Keep safe those who watch out for us.

A prayer request from Navy Mom Cindy about her step-daughter who had a Code Blue called on her:
I am home right now and completely worn out! I myself have fibromyalgia and an auto-immune disease that they treat like R.A. The report this morning from lung doc. lungs are completely filled and white. If take her off life support right now, she would not make it. kidneys are not working as should. Going back off a little of morphine to see response, and a little of oxygen. Neuro will be in to asses brain damage extent? Kind of moment by moment--these measures will determine-where we go. Just a wait and see, right now! Please pass along, as I am not thinking straight!!

Hello ladies. I got a 5 minute call from my son last Tuesday. He has been in Ship 06 since Sept. 22nd. when he did not pass is PFA. He was sent to FIT and developed pneumonia while there. He should have PIR'd 60 days ago. He also mentioned that he had changed religions and is now an Islam. He was speaking very softly and did not sound like himself. Yesterday he called again and was very upset however, the phone was disconnected. I seriously feel the devil is working again my son. I really need to speak with him and I'm asking for everyone's prayers to help get this recruit back to his Christian upbringing. Thank you to everyone in advance. Happy Thanksgiving!

Father God thank you for safe travels of all new recruits arriving in Great Lakes, IL this week to begin boot camp. May you comfort them and thier fmailies giving us all peace during this time of transition. May your hedge of protectoin surround each recruit as they walk the path you have destined for them to walk. May your angles encamp around them gurading them in all their ways.In Jesus name Amen.

Heavenly Father, thanks you for another day. Please keep all the sailors and their families safe during the holidays in their travels, while visiting and celebrating. Lord, please put your angel arms around us all and cover us all with your precious blood and let us not forget our blessings and all we have to be thankful for. Please place your angel wings around my son as he travels alone toward home for the first time with his vehicle you so blessed him with. Please be his passenger and let him know when it is time to take a break and when to eat something. Please let him not be on the cell phone, talking or texting as he has promised. Lord please if he even thinks about making a call or a text have him pull to a safe place and take care of that. Lord there are bridges and tunnels that give me anxiety just thinking about him crossing alone, and the sea gulls that are committing suicide in front of the cars- and the deers in the crossings. Please let him not panic and to get here safely. Lord I believe and trust you will be his angel and he will be alright. Please let him also do the speed limit and not get pestered by any police. Thanks for hearing all our prayers.

Lord please give my friend Shirley safe travels and her family the comfort they need at this time. Also the teens that were killed and injured in the next town, help those that live pull through, please give all their parents/families the strength they need at this time. Please give us the strength for the upcoming funeral as well. Amen.
