Dear Lord we come to you in prayer for requests of protection, comfort and thanksgiving.  Please hear all of our prayers and Your will be done.  Be with SSGT Tim Brown's family and with Tim as well.  Comfort and heal him.  We are so grateful for your loving protection over NYPD Mom's DIL and the delivery of the grandbaby.  Also, guide and comfort ProudNavyMom Div 807 and her son in the medical discharge from the Navy.  You know how much it meant to him to be in the Navy and be a SEAL.  Give him the guidance and direction on what to do now.  Be with Nurse Navy Mom Sheila and her mother.  Please place Your hand of healing and comfort on them both.  Please place Your hand on Carol also with her foot troubles and pain.  Thank you Father God for the good news for Linda that her DIL is going to have a grandbaby for Linda!  Please be with her and the baby as she goes through this pregnancy.  Be with all of our military personnel no matter where they are.  Continue to be with my son Allen and give him the strength and comfort to continue to be where he is even though he really wanted to be in Japan.  I pray for Your continued healing in Japan.  Thank you for allowing us to come to You and Your love, comfort, healing and protection.  In Jesus precious name we pray...Amen.

Dear Lord, We pray for all the joys and all the sorrows.  Thank you for our newest Navy family baby.  New life is such a joy!

We pray for Tim.  He is so young.  He has served us overseas as a proud military man, only to be severly injured by an IED.  He is a Purple Heart recipient and much loved by his family. Protect his life, dear Lord, and wrap his family in your loving arms as they wait for their son.  He is one of our family.

Amen

My DIL finally had the baby (one of the ones you all have been praying for).  She was born on Wed., 3/23, at 6:47pm.  She weighed in at 7lbs. 12 oz. and 21" long. She is absolutely perfect in every way.  Thank you all for praying.  She arrived save and sound and Mommy is doing well too.  Daddy hates to hear her cry!  He is going to have to learn that is part of having a baby.

Father in Heaven, please hear our prayers on behalf of Tim.  Oh God, he has gone thru so much to even make it to Bethesda.  Lord, please help him as he fights for his life right now.  We don't know what has happened, but we know that you do.  We ask You to watch over him, please give him Your strength right now.  We pray for his parents who have already watched him fight so hard just to get to this point. Lord, we commit him to you right now.  We feel so helpless, but we are so thankful that in our  weakness You are made strong.  Bless Tim now Lord when he needs You so much.  In Your Son's precious name.  Amen.

Dear Lord

Thank you for the new life you are knitting in the womb of Linda's DIL.  How precious to hear this news.

Continue to wrap your caring arms around our toops.  Let them feel our love through you.

Please asking for pain relief of my left foot.  The arthritic spurs are growing and put more pressure on the top of my foot, keeping me awake at night.  Two specialists have said surgery is not an option, as they would grow back.  Just help me find a new way to reduce the swelling and numbness.

In all things we praise you

Amen

My DIL called last night and told me that we are going to be grandparents again -- hooyah.  I've been waiting for that call for awhile.

Anyway, I was wondering what happened to the 2 babies that we were been praying for -- any news?

It HAS been a long week.  Tesla - send your cold and rain to Colorado - we would love it.  The fires are better today and Praise God!!   Folks were allowed back to the 8500 homes that were evacuated and saved from the fires, containment is near.  But we desparately need rain or snow.  Blondie - I love Psalm 46.  Thank you Lord for answered prayers even when the answers are not what we wanted.  Thank you for your grace, your comfort, your presence in our lives.  Thank you for the incredibly beautiful day outside my window and the sun sparkling off of the snowy mountains in the distance.  Be with our loved ones - keep them safe again today.
