Praying for you and your father, Navy NYPD. Father God, please put your loving arms around our friend as she goes through this difficult time. We know that losing a loved one is painful, but to know that they are with You in heaven makes it easier to let them go. It doesn't always take away the pain and sorrow, but knowing You are with them in this time gives us peace. I know that her father is looking forward to going home to be with You and his family who went before him, but can imagine it is difficult for him to leave his loving family here on earth. Your ways are not our ways, Your thoughts are not our thoughts. Thank you God for the loving comfort only You can give. In Jesus name, Amen.

When you can't see His hand, trust His heart.

I am on my way to the hospital to spend the night at my Dad's bedside. He asked me if I could stay with him like I did when he was in Boston. The doctors say that he only has hours left to live. I am praying that he won't die during the night, but that it will be during the day when the rest of the family can be around. Please pray for me this is such a very difficult time! My Dad is looking forward to going to heaven and being reunited with his parents, brother, sisters and brother-in-law. But oh how badly I will miss him! But I keep reciting the verse, "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." Amen.

Good morning to Everyone.
I would like as many as you are to pray that the Lords will will be done for my mom. She is very sick and the doctors are not giving her a very good chance of survival and I just want to feel his presents while I am going through this. Thanks All.
