Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I've had many calls from parents and military spouses. Please pray for those who are married and in the military. It seems to be weighing heavily on many of late.

Oh Karen, I am so happy you got to talk with Chris. I pray God's continued hand in his healing and dreams.

Prayers are working. Just wanted to thank all of you who prayed for my son Chris who is in ship6 with a stress fracture in his heel. I got a phone call from him today, he sounded really good and positive, best I've heard him sound in a long time. He says he should only be in ship6 another couple of weeks and should be able to graduate in Oct. sometime. God is good!

Dearest God-- I praise your name as this sisterhood of prayer warriors can be together here. We know we can safely speak of our needs. We know you join us as we praise your holy name.
Please be with the unchurched. Help us lead them to you, Lord. Help us show in all our actions how majestic is your name.
Lord, help us love the unloveable. Help us bring each other together anytime there are differences in opinions. Keep us holy. Amen
