Hello God
While our church had to cancel services tonight due to power outages and extreme cold temperatures, I appreciated your giving me a night of quiet meditation. You always know my needs before I do. Thank you for a night of peace and quiet--and also to catch up on laundry! You know how much I bless dirty laundry as a reminder of how much I have people whom I love.
Amen

Heavenly Father I ask for a hedge of protective Angels to surround Luke and his squadron on their deployment to Afghanistan. Please watch over them and all of our military all over the world. Thank-you for this and all that You do for us. We ask in Jesus name, Amen

Dear Lord, please protect my daugher on her flight from Fl to VA today. Keep her strong, it was hard for her to leave her friends in FL. I pray that when she gets to VA, everythng falls in place. Please in the Name of Jesus, I pray that she is given Christmas Leave. You are my loving God, Your my Salvation.

Thank you Lord for the protection for our recruits, sailors, and all the service men and women in every branch of the military that protect us. Amen

Please pray for the four civilian police officers shot and killed up in Washington state near Tacoma today. Comfort their families, oh God. Keep safe those who watch out for us.

A prayer request from Navy Mom Cindy about her step-daughter who had a Code Blue called on her:
I am home right now and completely worn out! I myself have fibromyalgia and an auto-immune disease that they treat like R.A. The report this morning from lung doc. lungs are completely filled and white. If take her off life support right now, she would not make it. kidneys are not working as should. Going back off a little of morphine to see response, and a little of oxygen. Neuro will be in to asses brain damage extent? Kind of moment by moment--these measures will determine-where we go. Just a wait and see, right now! Please pass along, as I am not thinking straight!!
