Hi Everyone! My hubby is in PreBuds right now and will be going to CA in December. I know I won't be able to be with him there until Phase 2 but I am starting to look at places to live. It seems like everything is so expensive if anyone already lives there I am wondering what areas are the best to live in? although it would be nice to be close to the base but its not necessary. Any advice is completely welcomed!

Hey Joseph's Honey! My boyfriend leaves the 14th too for bootcamp and also has a seals contract. It's nice to meet someone in the exact same boat as me.

Hope this mom is not cramping your styles but I want to ask MV how long your boyfriend has been a SEAL and what was the most challenging for him with training and now that he is a SEAL.Have grace for the older ladie LOL

Hi everyone! My boyfriend leaves for boot camp september 14 and has a SEALS contract!! i think it would be great to met other SEAL girlfriends, fiancees, and wives. I am new to the navy and don't know much about how things work so any advice would be awsome!

Hi, My husband has signed a SEAL contract and left for Basic Aug 25. I'm more proud of him than I even know how to say :) I would love to meet some people with SEAL husbands, boyfriends or fiances.. I'ts a long and scary beginning to the Navy life! Any insight would be great :)

meb - Get "Lone Survivor." It's a first-hand account of Operation Redwing... written by the only surviving SEAL... I read it on the plane from Coronado and cried through the whole thing. Who knows what the people next to me must have thought, haha

Hey guys!! how is everyone?? I'mn doing good my guy is currently in boot camp, his PIR date is August 21st, hes going for SEAL!! I'm very proud of him and support him 100% !! I hope to get to know more about the SEALs and about all of you . take care every one !
