Petty Officer - I have a question too. At what point do our recruits get to have their cell phones and clothes?

I have a question pettyofficer...How do they determine which division the recruits are placed in? Is it just random or is there a reason each one is placed in a certain division? Thanks, glad to have you join!

Thanks for joining. We are all getting anxious to see our sailors. I guess any information from the recruits side would be greatly appreciated. Our recruits are just ending week 6 and will be starting week 7. Then on to battlestations. Do you have any information for battlestations?

Hi. No letter yet. But his girlfriend rec'd hers on Wed so I am crossing my fingers maybe something today. I was thinking that in two more fridays at this time (it is 7:16 AM in Spokane, right now), we will be sitting in the bleachers waiting for our Sailors to start their graduation. It is sooooo close!

Yes it was great talking to you too Sue. I only wish the connection had been better, Now we are in the calm before the packing storm. I for one have to start deciding what clothes I need to take. Being so far south, I don't have many warm clothes. So not only do I get an amazing trip, I get new clothes. Can't wait to meet all you ladies.

Hi all, I got a letter today as well. It had tons of the Nate humor that I'm used to, which is a good thing. He did say he was really glad to hear my voice, since that was the first we talked last sunday right before he wrote his letter to me. Not much about training though, just stuff about what I wrote, and his responses and how he is realizing how important the little things are, like saying something kind to someone, or writing a letter to an elderly aunt when you are in boot camp, and how important that made her feel....I'm thinking our next call will be after battlestations which I thought was in week 7 directly before PIR.....I guess we'll just have to keep those phone lines cleared. It was great talking on the phone with you Paula and you Tonya.....can't wait to meet all of you if we can make it happen.

when Landon called the last time he said there week starts on monday so this friday will be 6-5 he said weekends dont count there weeks a five days monday threw friday.so stay by the phone tomorrow!!!! and i am so enjoying everyone on here and div 390 mom i agree you have raised a very strong son.
