Good morning ladies! Yes Superman's mom, I did get those pictures! They turned out great! My son should have his phone hopefully wed or thur. Will be nice to call and text him again. He is happy to have a real bed in Pensacola! Have a great day everyone!

PreBUDs moms - Thanks to bjfnavy, we have a group for 842/843 going prebuds. Let's move like our sons.

Talked w/ J and he has seen C & will relay message to call home. J has little to no min. left on phone card so I hope the cell gets there soon.

Supermansmom - they are in the same building, how did I miss that? He asked J, how did you know my first name? He replied, we exchanged cell numbers. H got so lucky w/ his roommates.

To all the beautiful 842 mom's - I do want to keep in touch for those who are not going in the same path as my son but your boys will always be my sailors so please PM me any time with updates of our SO's. You all have helped me so much. Thank you all. XOXOXO

Chelly, my son was one of the honors/award winners. I meet you at PIR, i know you won't remember what I was wearing, but it was very blue. You came over to meet me and I was talking to another sailors parents who are not on this site, but left with my son from okla.

Ok, I'm getting a head ache from going group to group.

My group 843 just dissappeared. thank goodness I made friends b4 that.

Supermansmom - can you get a group for 842/843 preBUDs going? I have to wait for my daughter to do it & she's not available till Sunday. You know, she has a social life along w/ school & sports. I could ground her to get one started but I think that will be cruel. I think we need it now b/c some of our kids r MIA from mom's. Who ever said no news is good news is not a MOM. p.s. was that a good thing that our families were similar??? Some people don't like that. They look for opposites.

It was so great to meet everyone! I am so sad to be back @ home & in my normal routine again! Chelly- did you get those "pictures" ? The next day we asked & the answer was no- guess we got lucky...moms so proud - great to dine with you-our families are quite similar- seem to have the same interests'....
sorry i have not responded to anyone-this is the 1st day I have been on N4M since PIR...
Ladies-- I say we keep this site/group going- just to keep in touch with each other & see how all the boys are progressing ! you all have been a great help & blessing to me....

Great story Richell! It was great to meat Superman's mom and Kathy! Not sure who the other two ladies I meet at PIR are. One of their son's graduated with honors, who was that? I haven't heard from my son yet about being in Pensacola, but it's great to hear it from those of you here. Hoping for a call sometime today! Wish he had his cell phone!

Richell - that is great! Personally, I am glad the boys won! They have done awesome. As Texas Mom of 2 said - our boys are already in their room down in Florida.

Ahhh Richell, that's a great story - I love it! But even more importantly, you know our boys loved it! My son called me about 45 minutes ago to say they were in Pensacola. The other 2 Sailors (one is MN-Nicks Mom) in the room with him were already asleep and he was next he said. So, ladies, we are onto another phase!
