I know Bryan won't be home next Thanksgiving or Christmas as they will be deployed.. so I am so happy to have him home this yr

YAY!! good for you guys!! :) Mine hopefully will be home in March hes trying to plan to be here when my daughter is home from college. I hope I need a full house again soon!! :)

Doesn't look that way. Bring in Hawaii, it is very, very expensive to travel, but my Army son will be home right after Christmas.

Becky sorry it took me so long to respond. I havent been online in a while.
I just called and asked my chief this questions. I wanted to make sure I didnt give you wrong info. When is he due to put in his PTS? And also what rank is he? Once I have that info I can answer your question about his PTS.

Becky, it all depends on the command. Usually the first time no. They give you up to three PRT failures until they process you out. If you do fail the prt they put you in a program called FEP (Fitness Enhancement Program). You have to stay in this program until the next PRT and then you have to pass it. The only thing about that is it does reflect on your annual eval and can effect your chances at advancing...
